Importance of Morning Breakfast

Of all the three meals
morning breakfast is considered to be the most important. It is
because your whole day is going to depend on the energy you get
in the morning. If you skip breakfast your concentration at work
will reduce considerably.
Empty stomach will affect the quality of your work. You will
get irritated quickly. Lack of energy will keep you lousy and
slow during the day. Certain people think that skipping
breakfast is a good way to reduce weight. However this is not
helpful at all, because one might develop double the appetite
for lunch.
Everybody has got different needs and tastes for breakfast. Some
people opt for having heavy breakfast while others satisfy
themselves with a glass of milk or juice or an egg. Variety in
the breakfast can encourage you to have your breakfast properly.
The bread and cereals served for breakfast can be varied often.
Instead of taking chapatti or paratha daily opt for bread for
buns sometimes. Porridge, corn flakes, halwa and kheer can be
had in breakfast for a tasty change.
Making breakfast more tasty and delicious will attract person
who like to skip the breakfast. Adding fruit to the cereals will
serve the purpose to a large extent. For instance add sliced
banana, milk or cream to corn flakes or serve halwa or kheer
with dry fruits.
Taking an ample supply of vitamin C in the breakfast will keep
you fresh and energetic the whole day. It provides you with
nourishing ingredients which are necessary for your health. Due
to this reason people prefer orange or lime juice in breakfast.
You can also take whole fruits as apple, orange in your
breakfast.
Sometime people complain of shortage of time in the morning and
make it a reason to skip their breakfast. The solution to this
problem is to manage your time wisely. Get up early so that you
have ample time for this important meal.
On the week ends and holidays you can surely do what you like.
But for normal working days breakfast should be given the
importance it deserves. Prepare a separate and special menu for
breakfast. Do not go for traditional breakfast daily. Eggs can
be prepared in a number of different ways.
Make your breakfast wholesome, nourishing an energizing. You
will note an improved work quality and a positive change in your
health and attitude. Not only will your health be improved but
your whole outlook will change. Get ready for a positive change
