because they are conscious of the problems which they will face

physical problems and uneasiness. It may include heart burns,
chronic gas, constipation or even diarrhea.
A lot number of people may feel fatigue, bloating, abdominal
pain, indigestion, acid reflux etc after eating heavy and spicy
meals.
We have to accept the fact that everybody has different body
chemistry and his physical powers are also different from one
another. That is why there are some who can digest any sort of
foods and others feel digestion problems soon after eating.
If it gets very serious you should definitely consult your
health physician. However minor digestion problems can be
treated at home. You need to strengthen your stomach so that you
can enjoy your food. Here
Always take your meals on a fix time.
There should be a gap of at least four hours between meals.
Never drink water or any liquid at least half and hour prior to
your meal time. The reason behind this is that your stomach
contains certain enzymes and fluids which are helpful in
digestion. If you drink water or any liquid they will get
diluted and less powerful.
Try to eat less and stop when you have some hunger
The best rule of thumb is to eat as much as you can hold in
your two hands. Your stomach should have one third of food, one
third of air and one third of gastric juices. This way it will
perform very well.
There are certain enzymes in our mouth in shape of saliva. Use
them by chewing your food properly. If you chew your food
properly it will get soft and semi liquid with the help of
saliva in your mouth. It gets semi digested there so your
stomach will have to work less.
Always try to eat the right combination of foods
fruits should not be taken with yogurt or milk. Meats and
potatoes are also not good combination. Eat a high fiber and
balanced diet. Fiber strengthens your bowl movements thus
reducing the risk of constipation.
Avoid spicy and greasy foods
They not only get heavy on your stomach but are not good for
overall health. Use olive oil in your foods. Fresh lemon is
considered to be very good for strengthening the stomach.
Squeeze one fresh lemon in a glass of water and add some salt in
it. This drink is excellent for stomach.
Be careful about the beans grams, pulses and lentils
Eat them only if they have been soaked before cooking, or at
least slow cooked, and are eaten with carminative spices and not
with sugar. Broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts are often
gas-producing so you may like to keep their quantity to minimum.
Use the magic of onion to often. Eat them with every food. Drink
half a cup of onion juice weekly or fortnightly. It will have
dramatic effects on your digestion power. It will kill all the
germs and bacteria in your stomach and will strengthen it.
